Truthfully speaking I have been guilty of this many times. Whether it's due to a lack of trust, guilt, or understanding we fail to see that God will meet us where we are. If we are minimalist in our prayers and asking we will get less than minimal answers and solutions. The prodigal son may have been guilty of a lot of things but he knew to ask his father for his portion. He knew the size of his portion and that he had a right to it. Although he used it poorly and selfishly he knew well enough to know what he was inheriting (Luke 15:11-32) . Let me ask you, are you asking according to the size of your God or the size of your vision? We think small but God plans big!!!!
